The three-floor, split-level facility houses specialty training labs with support spaces on the first floor. The second floor provides administrative space for Itawamba Community College and the University of Mississippi along with distance learning classrooms and a 150-seat lecture hall conference center. The third floor provides classrooms and faculty offices for MUW.
