The team at IMPC purchased a building which had been occupied as a local grocery store for years. After working with IMPC in the past at their New Albany Clinic, the team reached out to us to design a functional and beautiful renovation plan and finish selections just for their new space. The building also leaves space for 3 additional tenants even after IMPC occupies 12,000 SF.
